About Us

NeuroSoma^® is the original work of Thomas Griner, myotherapist and author of “WHAT'S REALLY WRONG WITH YOU? A Revolutionary Look At How Muscles Affect Your Health." It is the product of 30 years of detailed scientific research of human physiology and anatomy by a man with unique insight. Prior to his career in muscle research and myotherapy, Griner worked in engineering research for NASA in the Unmanned Space Program at the Jet Propulsion Lab in California . This extensive engineering background was instrumental in navigating the unexplored territory of muscle malfunction.

Tamsin Lee Stewart has been a professional massage practitioner since 1974. She began studying with Thomas Griner in 1976. She had a successful practice in Los Angeles for many years, working primarily with ballet dancers, musicians, and stage and film actors. From 1985 through 2000, Tamsin worked as private muscle therapist to the Saudi Ambassador to the United States, during which time she traveled in his entourage and treated many dignitaries and heads of state. Upon retiring from travel, she founded Well Being LLC, and has created, with the assistance and imprimatur of her teacher, the 104-hour NeuroSoma® Graduate Course, as a means of realizing her long-held dream to bring these concepts and this therapy to as many health professionals as possible, that people throughout the country might have access to this extraordinary healing modality. A professional member of AMTA and nationally certified by NCBTMB, Tamsin now resides in Central Virginia.

Tamsin Lee is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider.
